EB-2 NIW and Matter of Dhanasar

The NIW waives a job offer and PERM if the petitioner shows: (1) an endeavor with merit and national importance; (2) that they are well positioned to advance it; (3) that it benefits the U.S. to waive the offer/PERM (Matter of Dhanasar).
