Physical mailing and tracking

Many cases are mailed as a physical package (USPS/Correios) with a tracking code. At Migrar, each tracking number is linked to the client and the case and can show up in the portal. Automatic matching by receipt OCR is still under technical review — the default link is made manually by the team.
